Use this form to request the use of Grace Bible Church rooms or facilities for the purpose of holding a wedding ceremony and/or reception. Before submitting this form, please be sure to read the Wedding Policy found at gbcbend.org/weddings.

Itemized Fees *

Wedding (no-reception or food): $500

Wedding (with reception): $1,500

Additional Buildings for Dressing Rooms or Prep-work: $100 each

Rehearsal Dinner Fee: $300

Light Canopy: $300

Sound/Media Tech: $200/person

Musician: $200

Please list the total amount of fees to be paid (list sound/media/musician payments separately). These fees are due no later than two weeks before the wedding.
